編集時に再生速度をあげて時間短縮できる、という話を聴いたので Audacity  でもできるか調べる。で、できる。"Play-At-Speed" という機能があるのでそれで再生速度を速くし、かつ "Play-At-Speed" に適当なキーボード・ショートカットを割り振れば良い。
